At Sanvior, we value our customers and strive to provide quality products. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and refunds only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged
- The product is defective
- The product received is incorrect
Refunds will NOT be issued for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size ordered
- Personal preference
- Minor color variation (due to lighting or screen differences)
This is non-negotiable.
2. Return Request Timeline
- Customers must raise a return/refund request within 48 hours of delivery.
- Requests raised after 48 hours will not be accepted.
To raise a request, contact us with:
- Order ID
- Clear images or unboxing video of the product
- Description of the issue

3. Return Approval Process
- Our team will review the request within 2–5 business days.
- If approved, return instructions will be shared.
- If the request does not meet our policy criteria, it will be rejected.
Decision made by Sanvior will be final.
4. Refund Processing
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method only.
- Processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on the bank/payment provider.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Cash on Delivery (If Applicable)
- For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after customer confirmation.
- Incorrect or incomplete payment details may delay the refund.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Products without original packaging
- Products showing signs of wear or use
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
