Cancellation Policy

We understand that you may sometimes need to cancel an order placed on Sanvior (sanvior.shop), operated by Sanvior LLP.

Cancellation Window

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

How to Cancel

To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@sanvior.shop or call +91 8861302330 with your order number as soon as possible, and before your order is dispatched.

After Dispatch

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may be able to return it after delivery in accordance with our Refund Policy — returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery and are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, in line with our Refund Policy.
