• Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or operational issues beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
